Comment about Oscillating Sprinkler

During a consumer research initiative,
I personally spoke with someone regarding
competitive oscillating sprinklers. My question
was simple, "Name one problem with this
product." (on the table was a oscillating sprinkler he owned).
"Well, first, it only waters to the right
side of the sprinkler." Pointing
to the adjustment dial, I kindly
responded "Well, all you have to do is turn
that dial to change that." Looking at
me funny, he responded "Yeah, I know -
except it won't turn anymore - maybe you can
fix it?" It wouldn't budge. "How long have you
