What is the RBlog™?  The RBlog was created to provide a discussion forum for all Ray Padula customers, landscape enthusiasts, and pretty much anyone with a question pertaining to irrigation.  In these forums, MyRP members can interact with other members, as well as Ray Padula staff to receive support, and learn more about Ray Padula and our many products - as well as take part in Ray Padula product promotions, prize drawings, and irrigation marketplace research.  By following the guidelines outlined below, the entire Ray Padula community will find these boards a helpful, educational, and an enjoyable place to converse.  In addition to the policies below, courteous and respectful postings are expected from all members.

RBlog Usage Policies Members wishing to post on the RBlog interactive Ray Padula forums must adhere to the RBlog Policies, Requirements, and Guidelines listed below.  Entering the forums, creating a profile, and interacting with posts automatically enters you into a binding agreement to these guidelines.  Violations of these policies may include all, or one of the following:  (1) content removal (2) a warning, or temporary suspension (3) an indefinite suspension (4) limits on account privileges (5) account suspension.

RBlog Policies, Requirements, and Guidelines Violations of any of these policies may result in immediate posting removal, account suspension, or termination.

1. Including another individual's contact information and/or email address in a post.

2. Including profanity, vulgarity, hate speech, disruptive, or hostile comments, interpersonal disputes, or threats of violence.

3. Including materials (graphic or text) that is obscene, pornographic, or adult in nature.

4. Using JavaScript based language, making repetitive, or disruptive posts, or otherwise committing actions that interfere with the integrity of the Ray Padula brand, company, and site.

5. Attempting to impersonate Ray Padula staff, employees, or that you have any affiliation with the company.  All posts made by Ray Padula staff or affiliates will include corporate signatures, and a company email address.

6. Advertising merchandise, services, competitor's products, related products, charitable causes, or any other direct link to a product and or service that is not provided by Ray Padula.

7. Refusing to follow Ray Padula staff instructions.

8. Posting web addresses (URLs) to any website other than a link to a page hosted by Ray Padula.

9. Discussing the violation of any user, and or account.

Additional Limitations

1. Messages that are posted in the RBlog are the opinions/statements/and responsibility of the individual posting the comment, and not that of the Ray Padula Corporation.  Ray Padula Inc. does not endorse, sponsor, or directly agree to any positing(s) within this forum.

2. Ray Padula reserves the right to remove any post for any reason without warning or notice.

3. A suspension or termination may apply to all members of the same household if necessary.

4. Reporters, researchers, and any third party representatives not directly related to the Ray Padula corporation needs permission prior to any reproduction, posting, contacting, or dealing with any member/post on these forums.

5. Positing copyrighted content without permission of the copyright holder is prohibited.
